The house is located in the neighbourhood of Son Ferriol, and has been managed by citizen organisations since September 2017: Associació de veïns Son Ferriol, Amadip Esment Fundació, Club d’esplai Es Xiroi and Associació Gent Gran Son Ferriol.

The Esment Guies team provides support in the tasks of management, administration, citizen service and revitalization of the neighborhood.

The Casal offers different activities and workshops, as well as talks for all types of audiences. It also makes available to users a work/study classroom; The morning schedule is from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from Monday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The building also has a Library with a study and reading room; its schedule is Monday, Friday and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in this space activities and workshops are usually held for all audiences related to reading

On the ground floor of the building it has a cafeteria, managed by the Gent Gran Association, its opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
